By getting involved and becoming informed, you strengthen VACA's voice and help to insure an informed and united Animal Control speaks for you. VACA is composed of individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of animals, in the lives of citizens, and in their profession. There is strength in numbers. VACA is your resource for information, assistance, training, networking and sharing.  When you become a member you have access to experience and expertise from animal control officers across Virginia via VACA's email "hot line".  Never re-invent the wheel again!

Active membership is open to all Virginia Animal Control Officers (ACOs). Associate membership is open to all kennel or shelter staff and any interested party. Organizational memberships are open to agencies.
